Our newly expanded showroom debuts the latest trends in cabinetry, countertops, hardware, tile and flooring. Meet the Team
Denise Quade, CMKBD
Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer
As the president of DQD, Denise applies her 40+ years in the Kitchen and Bath Industry to each project. Taking the pain out of the process for every client is a commitment Denise and her highly skilled team share. She is a space planning genius and is a great leader in our industry; passing her wealth of knowledge on to her employees to set them up for success. When Denise is not designing, you can find her on the golf course, in her convertible, hanging out with family or playing ball with her mini golden doodle, Emma.
Tim Quade
IT/Services Manager
With a background in HVAC and carpentry, Tim has a wealth of knowledge that helps our designers engineer and implement our designs. Tim’s craftsmanship is evident throughout our whole showroom since he did most of the remodeling and installations. He also is entrusted with cabinet receiving and deliveries. You often will see Tim fixing computer glitches and helping with the many facets of running DQD day to day. When Tim is not working, he enjoys a great cigar, Dallas Cowboys, his convertible, golf and family.
Pam Nesbitt
Senior Design Coordinator & Kitchen and Bath Designer
A small town girl, Pam has been in Madison and the design industry for 16 years. Much to her dismay, she’s the office choice for drawing hood details and molding details because of her attention to detail and experience in the field. Pam has added several NKBA awards to her resume since joining us and is the in-house guru for new construction projects. When she’s not bowling with friends, you can find her at the dog park with her rescue puppy (Floyd) or coming up with new recipes.
Erica Weaver
Senior Design Coordinator, Kitchen and Bath Designer, & Social Media Director
A Michigander at heart, Erica is in Madison by way of Detroit. She was a Geographer in another life before she went back to design school and refuses to cheer for any team other than her beloved Michigan State Spartans. Erica likes to remind everyone in the office that our job is FUN. She loves yoga and makes a point to hike during all of her travels. Space planning and bold finish selections are her favorite parts of being a Kitchen & Bath Designer. She’s also in charge of 'after' photo shoots, our social media pages, and making the office laugh.
